Thanks to my client Mark R. for making me aware of this! Did you know you can add your blog to Amazon Kindle, and receive residual income when readers subscribe to it? There is no cost to submit your blog to the Kindle store. Kindle Blogs are just like other Kindle products and can be delivered wirelessly and updated throughout the day. The subscription fee for most blogs is $1.99. As a blog owner, you receive a 30% commission for subscription fees. I added my eBay Coach blog a few days ago and the process took about 15 minutes.
Here is what to do. Go to Kindle Publishing for Blogs. You will be asked to provide some general information about your blog, including the RSS feed. If you don’t know how to find the RSS feed on your blog, click here for an article that explains it. Very easy. You will also need to provide a screen shot of your blog. Click here for an article on how to do that.
It takes 2-3 days for your blog to appear in the Kindle store. Now, 30% of $1.99 isn’t much, but this is another way to get exposure for your blog and you may get new readers even if they don’t subscribe through the Kindle service. Think about it – how many millions of Kindle readers are out there in the hands of buyers? You might as well make your blog available to them.

Thank you so much for this article. It is very helpful and would be great to earn a little change for work that I already do.
I really enjoy this article and I signed up as well.
This is something new to me too. I just signed up for it. I am always looking for new ways to build traffic to my site.
Only for those in the US, I’m in Australia, disappointed.
Thanks for the info tho, looking forward to future posts.
Thank you!
Thanks for this post! I just added my blog. What do we do next? (I’m new to these types of things.)
Can we post about it?
Thanks for this info! I’ve learned so much from you. I really appreciate you sharing your money making tips!!!! God bless!
I am a bit hesitant about this. I am not sure if I want a website to have my SS# and my bank info…why can’t they pay via Paypal? Little scary.
Thanks for the info tho.
Happy New Year,
Kathryn
KV, welcome to the world of internet marketing. If you want to get paid, you have to provide your tax ID number- the same way you would have to provide it if you went to work for someone and were paid on direct deposit.
Amazon is set up to pay directly into your checking account – that is the way it works when you sell on Amazon or participate in Amazon Associates. Amazon doesn’t offer Paypal – Paypal is owned by eBay and has no affiliation with Amazon.
Take it or leave it. That’s the way it is.
Wow, Suzanne, this blog looks like great stuff! I can’t wait to get farther into your information. I have been a silent follower for a while on fb. Thanks for all your hard work and for sharing it with the rest of us! Marnie
