I will be doing a lot of posts about Clickbank, so don’t despair if you haven’t started yet. If you aren’t using Clickbank, go to Clickbank.com and register. Start reading the tutorials. You do not need to have a blog or website to promote Clickbank products. You can promote them on Twitter, Facebook, on groups and forums, and via email. Later I will be teaching you how to sell them on eBay using a very cool strategy.
For those of you who are already working with Clickbank products, here is a great tip. All Clickbank products have stats under them explaining how much affiliates earn per sale. You may have seen a label that says “Future$.” This means that the product has a membership or monthly fee associated with it. These are called recurring billing products. If a customer purchases the item using your link, you will not only get credit for the sale, but you will continue to earn a commission each time the customer is billed for the subscription. Recurring billing products are not any harder to promote than regular information products with downloads. You could earn commissions for many months or years at a time from only one sale. Look for products with a value in the Future$ field whenever possible. This will be totally passive income for you!

Thanks Suzaane for the great information. I just signed up with Clickbank last week and haven’t got back to it to fully investigate. It is nice to have some insider information to use when I do.
Much appreciated!

Suzanne,
Thanks for the post! I agree with you, if you’re going to promote a Clickbank product anyway, you might as well choose one with recurring subscription. That way, you can earn money for the life of that account (if offered).
